The Story Behind TRZ ART
My journey as a sculptor began around 1981, when I built a five-foot round Peace Sign from raw steel for one of my factories. I wanted it to hang high on the warehouse wall with a natural rusted look. That first idea started a lifetime of designing, fabricating, and creating pieces that had never been done before.
Most of my designs are one-of-one creations. I have always been interested in original ideas, unusual materials, machinery, and the challenge of turning something ordinary into something extraordinary.
As I learned more about machinery and materials, the work kept expanding. I took a Jaguar V12 engine out of a car, cleaned it, refinished it, painted it, and turned it into a functional sculpture and end table. That idea evolved into Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, Aston Martin, and other automotive art pieces.
Today, the work includes luxury desks, dining tables, water sculptures, monumental stainless sculptures, architectural wall art, international installations, and custom conference tables — including commissions as large as twenty-two feet long with multiple Rolls-Royce V12 engines, 24K gold, diamonds, and museum-level finishes.
Waterwalls also became a major part of the sculpture story. Over the years, I transformed water features into large sculptural works in many shapes, sizes, and materials, with more than 1,400 large sculptures and water features installed worldwide.
